From the sunlit shores of the Gold Coast to the podiums of the world's greatest sporting arenas, Dru Baggaley's journey is a testament to dedication and determination. Dru Baggeley manifested his first intention originally in Australia, where he quite logically and naturally would perform the mentioned sporting discipline. Due to his seriousness and dedication during his youthful age, he succeeded in a rather complex sport, such as canoeing, and was recognized at both national and international levels.
The breakthrough in his sport was initiated when he started racing alongside his brother, Nathan Baggaley. Their encouragement, which can be likened to paddling in unison, supported the canoeists during the journey. It rose to the pinnacle of the canoeing event, the best of which was witnessed during the 2004 Athens Olympics.
